  John Kamen : President
Mr. Kamen possesses over 20 years of industry experience. After working as an IBM Mainframe Technical Specialist and Manager for 12 years, John, at the urging of several prospective clients, founded Delta Computer Services in 1990 to satisfy the industry's overwhelming need for high quality IT services. For over a decade, through his extensive managerial and technical background, Mr. Kamen has shaped Delta Computer Group into an industry-leading provider of cutting edge technology solutions. Mr. Kamen is keenly aware that our clients are looking for quality solutions at an affordable cost structure. Delta Computer has maintained optimum customer satisfaction while growing into a full service technology provider. Mr. Kamen believes that there are three basic ingredients to providing top-notch service - our focus on our customers, our focus on our diversified expertise, and our focus on our employees. John continues to maintain direct contact with most of our clients to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. In addition, Mr. Kamen also oversees the development and deployment of our diversified technology divisions to ensure that Delta Computer Group maintains its place as an industry leading IT solutions provider.   John V. Sullivan : Vice President
John Sullivan is Senior Vice President of Sales at Delta Computer Group. Mr. Sullivan has a long history of accomplishments in the industry, including being awarded IT Salesman of the Year and many other honors by various leading IT industry groups. Having joined Delta Computer Services in September 1997 after serving as Senior Vice President of Sales at US Computer Group for a decade, Mr. Sullivan has reshaped Delta’s sales force objective to a focus on a consultative approach to the many IT needs of our customers. In addition to his vital role as head of our sales team at Delta Computer Group, John is committed to the continued development of Delta Computer Group's overall full service infrastructure. Mr. Sullivan's overriding strategy to success is customer focus. Mr. Sullivan insists that to maintain continued long term relationships and sales growth, Delta Computer Group must provide alert sensitivity to customer needs. Mr. Sullivan summarizes his philosophy in this way, “We must execute on the immediate needs of our customers but at the same time develop long term strategies to insure that our client’s capabilities remain effective.” It is this commitment to long term customer satisfaction and responsiveness that has fostered and realized the sales achievements of the Delta Computer Group.
  Rick Fama : Regional Operations Manager
In 2001, Rick Fama was named Field Manager for Delta Computer Group, and recently, was appointed Regional Operations Manager. He is responsible for managing the Company’s team of field service engineers and technicians, in-house repair technicians, purchasing staff and warehouse personnel. He lends an extensive technical background to the role, encompassing his experience with a wide range of PCs, printers and related cross-platform, migration, conversion and connectivity issues. Prior to joining Delta Computer Group, he served as the On-Site Supervisor for North Shore University Hospital where he demonstrated excellent technical skills. His technical competency earned him North Shore University Hospital’s “Outstanding Service Award.”
